Reporting guidelines
B4YouSend works best when reports are clear, first-hand and supported by whatever information you still have.
Report what happened to you
Submit a report about a transaction or interaction you personally took part in. Describe what you expected, what actually happened and what the vendor did afterwards.
Be accurate
Only include information you believe is true. If you are not sure about a detail, say that you are not sure rather than presenting it as a fact.
Add useful evidence when you have it
Screenshots of chats, payment confirmations, vendor profile pages and relevant documents can help document the report. Do not upload unrelated private information.
Do not use B4YouSend to harass someone
Reports that are intentionally false, threatening, abusive, retaliatory or submitted to impersonate another person may be removed or closed.
A report is not automatically proof of wrongdoing
A submitted report is the reporter's account of what happened. Submission alone does not establish that a vendor committed fraud, a crime or any other wrongdoing.
Keep your reference number
After submission, use your report page to follow updates and provide more information if requested.
